The Feast of Tabernacles, or Sukkot, is an eight-day celebration commemorating Israel's 40 years of wandering in the wilderness. It anticipates an eternal celebration with Jesus. This festive period includes dwelling in tents to remember the ancestors' journey through the desert after being delivered from Egypt. The first and last days are yearly Sabbaths, days of rest and joy.
